Speaking of immunizations, I have to go in for a physical tomorrow and I was told I may have to take some shots. What should I do? The idea of getting shots in the first place makes me very uncomfortable, but the fact that the doctors will be potentially injecting me with unethical things makes me nauseous.

And the only thing I can say is ask about them, ask what you’re getting before you get them so you can find out if they’re cruelty free. If they’re not then just tell them you refuse to have them for ethical reasons, there’s not a lot they can do about that. They can’t force you to have them done.
