It baffles me too, but I had a theory. There was a man on a farm, and his wife died while there child was a baby, so she couldn't feed it, him, being a man could not produce milk, so he turned to his best resource, his farm, went and found a cow to supply milk for this baby, and it became addicted and yeah, something along those lines. I am NOT justifying drinking cows milk as a good thing though
